Who swiped my spices????

While cleaning things out the other day I opened this little cabinet and voila there were my missing spices.  Matt must have been playing "pice store" and forgot where he put them.

Everything old is new again.

We made a trip to Tucson to reconnect with some old friend who we haven't seen in over 20 years.
Left to right we are Barkley, Susan, me, Eddie. Mary and Rob. It was so fun to see them again and we are definately planning to keep in touch.

We all lived in the same area and our kids all went to the same elementary school.  The houses were small cute little old Tucson houses.  This is Susan's newly remodeled kitchen.  It made the Tucson House and Garden Magazine.  It is amazing!

This is the new dining room. We spent a lot of  time sitting around her dining room table drinking coffee and eating cinnamon rolls she had just made.

This is the new living room, it is also lovely.  The pottery you see throughout the house was made by Barkley in his studio outside the house.  They are a very artistic family.

 
Last but not least you are looking at the original site of the well loved game "Drunk Driver"  This is not the original car, the original most likely succumbed to the sun.  Susan's boys used to love pushing the girls around and running them into walls etc.  Much giggling was done by all.

The Middle of Winter?

The Campbells came to Arizona on their winter break.   Rob and Elisabeth heated up their pool and a good time was had by all!

She swam back and fourth on the big step.  She will be a swimmer right away this summer.
